by Chaz on Mar.31, 2010, under Uncategorized

doubleTwist has recently been updated to include the ability io search for Android Market apps within the doubleTwist application.

Mac OSX and doubleTwist showing Android Market search

I’ve not tried the update yet as I am currently using Banshee in the Ubuntu 10.4 beta to sync music with my Nexus One but I will give doubleTwist a whirl if the Android Market search feature ends up turning out good.

doubleTwist is turning into one of the most Android friendly sync applications available on Mac and Windows! :D

I’ve got a new computer! Dell Mini 9 Hackintosh.

by Chaz on Feb.25, 2010, under Uncategorized

I’ve recently acquired a Dell Mini 9 Netbook and have set about installing Mac OS X Leopard on it.

It’s a very nice little machine, the Leopard installation was fiddly but easy (the 8GB SSD didn’t help) but i finally have it set up how I want it.

I’ve added it to the “my computers” section and I’m posting from it right now :)

Unless you have zero interest in Apple or computing, you may have heard of Apple’s recent peripheral, the magic mouse.

The Magic Mouse is a touch sensitive mouse which has multitouch capability and features no buttons at all! When you click on the mouse the front of it dips and the traditional mouse “click” can be heard. Anyone who has used a Mighty Mouse or an earlier Pro Mouse would understand how this works.
